Hybrid, with Secure On-Site Days
Our default is a hybrid model. Security-sensitive, client-facing, or lab/infra tasks happen on-site; development, AI training, documentation, and planning work may be remote.
- 2–3 days on-site for secure ops, collaboration, and customer work
- Remote flexibility for AI app development, training content, and R&D
- Encrypted/VPN access required for all remote work
- All devices must meet AEGIS security posture
No Vaccine Requirement
AEGIS does not maintain a blanket COVID-19 vaccine requirement for employment. Certain client engagements, government contracts, or site-specific rules may require compliance with their standards; in those cases, project assignments may vary.
