Business Operations Assistant
Location: Adel, Georgia (On-Site)
Pay: $20 – $25 per hour (Depending on Experience)

About the Role
The Business Operations Assistant supports the daily administrative, scheduling, and communication functions that keep AEGIS Data Systems running efficiently. You’ll work directly with management and technical teams to handle client correspondence, documentation, scheduling, purchasing, and basic reporting. This is a key position for someone who’s organized, proactive, and enjoys being at the center of a fast-paced technology business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling for client service appointments and internal meetings
- Assist with purchase orders, vendor management, and inventory tracking
- Prepare and maintain client documentation and project files
- Support billing and invoicing processes in coordination with accounting
- Assist with proposal formatting, contracts, and document templates
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic customer inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all business records
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of office administration, coordination, or assistant experience
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Comfortable working with digital files, cloud storage, and ticket systems
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented work style
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technology, MSP, or service business environment
- Familiarity with CRM, quoting, or project management tools
- Basic understanding of IT terminology or service coordination
AEGIS Training & Certification Benefits
