IT Project Manager
Location: Adel, Georgia (Hybrid / Limited Remote Flexibility)
Pay: $70,000 – $90,000 per year (Depending on Experience and Certifications)

About the Role
The IT Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of client technology projects — from network deployments to software and AI integrations. You’ll work closely with engineers, developers, and clients to ensure every project stays on schedule, on budget, and aligned with AEGIS’s security-first standards. This role blends technical understanding with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scope, timelines, and resource coordination for client implementations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during active projects
- Coordinate with engineering, software, and support teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Develop project documentation, milestones, and risk assessments
- Track budgets, deliverables, and ensure quality control at each phase
- Facilitate weekly progress meetings and maintain project dashboards
- Ensure all projects meet AEGIS security and compliance standards (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in IT, networking, or software environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of network systems, cybersecurity, or software development cycles
- Proficiency in project tools (Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project)
- Strong documentation and client-relationship management skills
Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA Project+ or PMP Certification
- ITIL, Agile, or Scrum Master Certification
- CompTIA Security+ or Network+ (for technical awareness)
