Accounts Manager
Location: Adel, Georgia (Hybrid / Local Travel as Needed)
Pay: $60,000 – $75,000 base + performance incentives
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
About the Role
AEGIS Data Systems is seeking a motivated and organized Accounts Manager to oversee client relationships, service renewals, and project coordination across our cybersecurity, network, and software divisions. This role bridges the gap between our technical teams and our clients — ensuring that every engagement runs smoothly, expectations are met, and opportunities for growth are identified.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate IT service projects, renewals, and support requests with internal teams
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements using standard templates
- Monitor client satisfaction and track project deliverables
- Identify cross-service opportunities and communicate value to clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders
- Represent AEGIS with professionalism, confidentiality, and security awareness at all times
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of client account, project coordination, or service management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Basic understanding of IT services, networking, or cybersecurity concepts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an MSP, SaaS, or IT service provider environment
- Familiarity with quoting tools, project billing, or client onboarding workflows
- CompTIA Project+ or similar coordination certification
