Non-Invasive Recovery
Logical/firmware repairs without opening the device. Ideal for:
- Accidental deletion, quick reformat, partition loss

- Drives that still spin and are detected intermittently
Invasive (Class 100 Clean Room)
When internal components are damaged, the drive must be opened in a certified environment by a specialist.

Invasive vs. Non-Invasive—What’s the Difference?
Non-Invasive
We keep the drive sealed. Our engineers address software, partition, or firmware problems using specialized tools. This path is faster and more affordable, and it preserves the original hardware.
Invasive
The drive is opened inside a Class 100 clean room (also called ISO 5), where the air is filtered to limit particles to 100 or fewer per cubic foot. This environment prevents microscopic contaminants from landing on platters while heads, motors, or other components are repaired or replaced.
Rule of thumb: If the drive is clicking, grinding, was dropped, got wet, or isn’t detected at all—don’t power it on repeatedly. Power down and contact us.

Choose encrypted cloud delivery and/or return on a new physical device. Original media is handled per your instructions.

How should I pack and ship?
Use antistatic bags, foam/bubble wrap, and a sturdy box. Avoid padded mailers. Do not power on a clicking or water-damaged drive—this can worsen damage.
Will my data remain private?
Yes. Your quote includes an NDA. We follow strict chain-of-custody procedures and return or destroy originals per your instructions.
